Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Delta Shop account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the Return Authorization slip is included inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
